Terms and Policy
Eligible Products:
- Price Match product must be identical in model and specifications.
- The competitor’s price must be publicly available and verifiable.
- The competitor must be an authorized dental supply distributor or retailer based in Canada.
- On your order, only items that we have matched will get the additional 5%, not the entire order if the order consists of other non-matched products.
Exceptions:
While we strive to honor all requests, some exclusions apply:
- Clearance, liquidation, or promotional items (e.g., Black Friday deals).
- Pricing errors from competitors are excluded.
- Out-of-stock or pre-order items from competitors.
- Prices from auction websites (e.g., eBay) or peer-to-peer marketplaces (e.g., Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji) are excluded.
- Coupons, loyalty programs, are not eligible together with price match.
