Description
The NIC KV2 Blue File is a fixed-taper rotary nickel-titanium endodontic system featuring Max Tech 6.0 heat-treatment — yielding a distinctive shiny blue finish, greatly increased flexibility, and outstanding cyclic-fatigue resistance. The fixed .02 taper produces predictable, conservative shaping that preserves canal anatomy with minimal dentin removal.

Flex Master® (VDW / Coltène) — the NIC KV Blue is the direct equivalent fixed-taper rotary system, at a fraction of the cost. Same triangular cross-section concept, same fixed-taper philosophy, with the added benefit of Max Tech 6.0 blue heat-treatment for better behaviour in curved canals (~30°).

How To Use
- Scout the canal with SS K-File #10, then #15 to establish patency
- Establish glide path with NIC T+ or PRG file
- Use KV2 Blue in continuous rotation at 300–350 RPM, sequencing from #15 → #20 → #25 → #30 → #35 → #40 to working length
- For wider canals or final shaping increase taper: step up to KV4 Blue (.04) or KV6 Blue (.06)
