PCxx™ 2.0% Sodium Fluoride Neutral Topical Gel is a professional in-office fluoride treatment for caries prevention and remineralization of demineralized enamel. The 2.0% sodium fluoride formula delivers a high concentration of fluoride ion at a neutral pH that's safe for porcelain restorations, composites, sealants, and orthodontic brackets — unlike acidulated (APF) gels.

Indications
- Routine in-office fluoride treatment (prophylaxis appointments)
- Caries prevention in high-risk patients (orthodontic, xerostomia, root caries)
- Treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity
- Remineralization of early enamel demineralization (white spot lesions)
- Patients with porcelain restorations, composites, or sealants (where APF is contraindicated)
How To Use
- Complete prophylaxis and rinse the patient's mouth
- Dispense a thin ribbon of gel into upper and lower fluoride trays (fill no more than 40% to minimize swallowing)
- Insert both trays simultaneously and instruct patient to bite gently
- Use saliva ejector throughout the treatment
- Leave trays in place for 4 minutes
- Remove trays, evacuate excess gel with HVE
- Instruct patient not to eat, drink, or rinse for 30 minutes
