Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $189 across Canada.

For orders within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), delivery typically takes 1 business day. For locations outside the GTA, shipping may take between 2-9 days. You will receive tracking information via email.

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot make changes. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We’re working on expanding our shipping options in the future.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and manage your personal information more easily.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready when initiating a return.

Disposable items cannot be returned if they have been opened. To be eligible for a refund, these items must remain unopened, in their original, sealed, and re-sellable condition.

We will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. 

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately, and we will resolve the issue.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

We make exchanges easy. We’ll provide a return shipping label, and once the item is returned and the tracking information is provided, we’ll ship the new item the same day.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. If approved, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact us at ebikodental@gmail.com.
