The NIC Hand Reamer File is a stainless steel hand-use endodontic instrument with widely-spaced cutting flutes designed for rotational use (quarter-turn clockwise motion). The reamer geometry is less aggressive than K-Files, ideal for initial canal exploration and orifice enlargement. Particularly useful in calcified or mature canals where gentle, controlled cutting is preferred.
