The NIC Hand K File is a nickel-titanium (niti) hand-use endodontic instrument designed for hand-instrumentation of curved root canals where stainless steel files would risk transportation or ledging. The NiTi alloy provides superior flexibility — the file follows the natural canal curvature without straightening it. Ideal for moderately to severely curved canals.

How To Use
- Scout the canal with #10 K-File to establish patency to working length
- Pre-curve the file by hand to follow canal anatomy in curved canals
- Use a balanced-force or watch-winding technique with quarter-turn motion
- Step ISO sizes (#10 → #15 → #20 → #25 …) progressively to working width
- Irrigate copiously with NaOCl between each file size
