The NIC Hand K-Flex (Twist Flex) File is a stainless steel hand-use endodontic instrument with a rhombic/triangular cross-section that combines K-File cutting efficiency with greater flexibility for curved canals. The twisted stainless steel design produces sharper cutting edges and more flexibility than standard K-Files — ideal for moderately curved canals. Use as an upgrade from standard K-Files when more flexibility is needed.

How To Use
- Scout the canal with #10 K-File to establish patency to working length
- Pre-curve the file by hand to follow canal anatomy in curved canals
- Use a balanced-force or watch-winding technique with quarter-turn motion
- Step ISO sizes (#10 → #15 → #20 → #25 …) progressively to working width
- Irrigate copiously with NaOCl between each file size
